Take advantage of the weekend after Thanksgiving to avoid the malls, the crowds, and the congestion. Head for Shopping in the Hills, sponsored by Heartland Arts (Heartland Arts). We will be at Von Jacob Winery, along with a dozen or so other artists, Friday, Nov. 27 and Saturday, Nov. 28, from noon to 5 pm both days.

I will have several new accessories for you, including a just-finished counter-top rack capable of holding an even dozen bottles. I will also have the Wine Family, pictured above, with the original Wine Guy, and, in a family portrait, Wine Guy, Wine Gal, and Wine Baby, all working hard to show off your favorite wines.
