Shawnee Hills Wine Trail Fall Festival

We're looking forward to this weekend's Shawnee Hills Wine Trail Festival in the Downtown Park in Cobden, Illinois.  A little different this year, the festival will be held on Friday and Saturday, August 31 and September 1, and will run from 2:00p-8:00p on both days.  Ruth has been making lots of new soap, and John has been raising all sorts of sawdust as we approach a busy fall art show season.  Stop on by and take a look at what's new this year.  We look forward to seeing you.

Makeshift Market Artisan Fair and Acoustic Stage

A show in downtown Carbondale, the Makeshift Market Artisan Fair and Acoustic Stage will take place Saturday, September 8, 12:00p-6:00p at the Old Train Depot parking lot.  This show is sponsored by Dayshift Boutique, and many of their regular artists will be on hand with a much larger collection of their wares.  We will have lots of new items, and are looking forward to a good show.








If you cant's make this one, it's still worth your while to stop in at Dayshift on another day and take a look around.  It's a great store with lots of interesting and unique pieces hand-crafted by local artists.
